The Brazil Stock Exchange, also known as B3- Brazil, Bolsa, Balcão. Is a leading stock exchange located in São Paulo, Brazil. It was established in 1990 as the result of a merger between the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa) and the Brazilian Mercantile and Futures Exchange (BM&F) merged, creating BM&FBOVESPA. BM&FBOVESPA merged with CETIP, creating B3.
